Have you ever had one of those moments when you think back to a time and get embarassed just thinking about it? I just read a blog comment I wrote on 5/20/2004 to some friends of mine and it made me laugh. I was so wrong in my views! Maybe you've been there. You remember saying something, or maybe you held a certain viewpoint on something and were so dogmatic about it. But now you realize that YOU were wrong and it makes you feel embarrassed for that time. Did my friends think I was as crazy then, as I see myself now? Or maybe they just let me share my beliefs and ideas and all the while thinking, "he'll come around".
Either way I have been wrong more times than I have been right. But beyond that I have the best group of friends in the world. Mainly because they let me be myself!
