This was a question a student posted on my MySpace tonight after our lesson...If everybody knows they sin, and they know what they're doing is wrong, why does God let them go through not getting saved with the possibility of going to Hell? Why do they have that option? And why does God give them an opportunity to make the wrong decision about being saved or not being saved?
I gotta say folks, my heart skipped a beat when I read this question. I absolutely love it when the Spirit reveals stuff to students that they can not wrap their head around. It's just plain beautiful to me. I went on to answer her question but kept it pretty straight forward. I didn't have the heart to tell her that her question was actually the seedbed for ALL kinds of controversy! She can learn about that later!
