Freedom and a new Rear-Space

|

And so it ends much the same way it started. The cast is off! Here are some new-learned smartologies from having a cast for a month.

Things which will be much easier having my cast off.
1) Showering
2) Combing hair
3) Giving the kids a bath
4) Sleeping
5) Making out with the wife.
6) Eating... (although I did learn good table manners by not being able to use my arm. I kept it neatly positioned in my lap the entire time).
7) Typing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Things that I discovered I could do easily with one arm.
1) Go to the bathroom.
2) Change the TV channels.
3) Drive
4) Read
5) Making out with the wife... One arm... Two arms... does it really matter?

I'm glad to have the beast off of me. My wrist is really stiff. I need to work it loose. I have about 25% flexibility in it as of today.

On a side note, I did get a new chair. I put it together today and oh how it makes my rear end feel free and loved. It's like my backside is having a party and inviting my whole body. No creaking, no falling backward feeling. It's vurry, vurry nice!

Robert, Robert, Robert. Ya, you're right the one arm making out really does not work. Glad to see you arm again and really glad you can give the kids a bath and wash their hair.

Nice chair, by the way. Scott made a new purchase yesterday, too-- a powerwasher! Our back porch has never been so clean. You guys and your toys...
