Today I woke up around 6:45 and went to go paint some more on the youth room. Ran out of paint so I stopped. Came home and decided I would mow the forest that is my yard. After a good mow and weedeating experience I had the idea to clean out and trim our hedges. They cover 3 sides of our house. I borrowed one of those electric hedge timmers. Sweet! I looked like Edward Sissorhands out there. The only bad part was that I did not account for all the clean-up that would follow. Looks good I guess. Shelly and I are going out tonight! I love my wife.
Tomorrow will be another full day. At 8:30 I am running in a local 5K run. That's like 3.3 miles. Then immediately following we leave for Celebrate Freedom. It should be a great concert. Lots of really good acts scheduled. Except it is outside ALL day long.
Random Review: Loving this band. Picked up a cd yesterday by Fighting Instinct. They have a really good sound. They sort of sound like Creed, Pearl Jam, & Sammy Hagar all rolled into one. Good solid rock! Check them out.
